    Introduction

    You bring us a region, an operator, or a check. We spend 30 minutes understanding fit before anyone signs anything.

  2. Step 02

    Qualification

    We confirm RQOZB 2.0 tract eligibility, sponsor track record, and structural fit. If any of the three are shaky, we say so.

  3. Step 03

    Packaging

    Two-week sprint: capital stack, financial model, community-benefit story, and the investor-ready one-pager.

  4. Step 04

    Introductions

    We open the door to 3–8 aligned QOFs, family offices, or strategic partners. No mass emails, no listings walls.

  5. Step 05

    Close support

    We stay in the room for term sheets, structuring, and closing — including the working-capital safe harbor timeline.

  6. Step 06

    Post-close.

    Quarterly reporting, community-benefit disclosures, and warm intros to the specialists you'll need in years 2 through 10.
